Inexperienced realtor. Had to instruct her to write clauses in the contract, and given push back while claiming amenities in house were included. Sellers actually stated they weren’t, so clauses were warranted. Pushed buyer to deliver down payment on a HOLIDAY. After purchase of house, she trespassed, ripped indoors for her own curiosity. Unprofessional, terrible experience.
